The Holidays By National Express Price Guarantee offers you the peace of mind that you're always getting a great deal with a Holidays By National Express package. If you see the same deal elsewhere online, as either a single package or by buying the individual elements of the package separately, we’ll refund double the difference.
How our Price Guarantee Works:
We’ll consider any Guarantee claim, submitted online at holidays.nationalexpress.com, as long it's for a current bundle booking with Holidays By National Express, booked in a single transaction, and it meets certain conditions, including:
➢ The lower rate found is available for booking online with the exact same fundamental details –
- Accommodation - same room type, same hotel, board basis, same check-in and check-out dates, same booking conditions e.g. advance purchase, cancellation policy, etc.
- Coach – comparable departure and destination locations, time +/- 1 hour, same booking conditions (e.g. cancellation policy).
- Theatre – same show, same date and time, same seat location, same booking conditions
- Attraction – same attraction, same date and time, same booking conditions (e.g. ‘fast pass, etc)
- The lower rate is in the same currency
- The lower rate does NOT include membership rates, frequent stay or loyalty points or 'reward' type programmes
- The lower rate does not include voucher/promotional offers (e.g. cereal/confectionery promotional offers)
- You let us know about the claim within 5 days of completing your Holidays By National Express booking
- The person responsible for making the booking (lead name) must make the claim
We can't offer our Guarantee when:
- The lower rate is no longer bookable when we look into your claim (within 24 hours) – unless you can evidence that the offer was available at the time of booking (e.g. screenshot)
- You've cancelled your Holidays By National Express booking
- You make a late booking – less than 24 hours before the arrival date
- You find a lower rate on a website that doesn't reveal the hotel until after you've booked
Please note: we reserve the right to withdraw the Price Guarantee or amend the terms and conditions of the price promise at any time.
How to make a claim
Making a Price Guarantee claim is simple. If you’ve booked a stay within the last 24 hours that isn't for the same day or next day arrival, and you've read the full Terms and Conditions, then just fill in a claim form.
