Should you lose your coach ticket please call us on 0333 300 1005, you will need your Holidays by National Express booking reference. We can then re-issue your booking confirmation by email and your coach ticket will be attached as a pdf document, which you can then print out and take with you. As long as all of the information is printed (in any colour!), your ticket will be accepted for travel. You can also show your e-ticket on your smartphone or tablet device if you are not able to print it.
